not able to login in hp passport portal

HP Recommended

I am Premnath few days before i registered my id in hp portal but now its showin me error code UPP10 when iam logging.

 

I already resetted my password but user name not responding.

 

Please check the issue with my login.

Hey @prem2

 

The HP Support Forums uses HP Passport authentication, you can go here to reset password and check your log in info.

Dear ,

 

i tried to access Partner Ready Portal from https://partner.hpe.com/login  with my user name and password but iam getting below message

 

 

Error UPP10: You do not have yet an account on this portal. For help please click the grey `Get Support` button on the right side of your screen.

On November 1st, Hewlet Packard Inc. Split into 2 seperate companies. This Forum is now owned my HP Inc. and the other company is Hewlett Pakcard Enterprise. The URL you are attemping to get to is not part of HP Inc., it is Hewlett Packard Enterprise. At the top of our web-pages on HP Inc. We have this banner that gives you a link to the other company. You will need to contact the other company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, in order get get access to the URL you are trying to get to.

I changed my Password successfuly , but when trying to log in , comes up with error, what is happening ?

Also having the same issue.

I logged in about 3 years ago to do HP Certification, went to login again and can't do so even after resetting password.

I did  change my email address as the company I work for is the same company but we have rebranded which means my email address has changed but can still receive email on the old address.
