poor customer service while under guarantee

I have been trying to get a replacement for a faulty power pack since early December.  The item is less than 12 months old yet the customer services team simply bounce every email back with another question.  If they would only look down the chain of emails they will see that I have answered every question that could be asked!!!!   How do I escalate my complaint as I have not been able to use one of my laptops for over a month.  This is not what I expect from HP.

The best way would probably be to call HP rather than email.  In the US call 1-800-HPINVENt, elsewhere see the information here to Contact HP.
