Dear HP India Team,

I would like to know the order status of my laptop with model number  

15-dk1508TX

 
The order was confirmed on 10th July 12 am. But till today I.e.  12th July 2021, there is no movement of my package .It keeps showing wait for shipment . I mailed to you yesterday but no one responded . Is this your customer service ? I also purchased OMEN Vector Mouse and a steam recharge code worth rs 1000 for rs 999 which led to my altotal package of 70,825 rs . This Is a very big amount and cannot be handled carelessly. 
 
Kindly Update  me with my order status at the earliest .

I ordered from HP India's Official site to prevent harassment and then also I am facing the same. Do a customer deserve it?

Dear HP India Team , 

On 9th July 2021 , I placed an order with HP PAVILION GAMING 15- dk1508tx and OMEN Vector Mouse + steam recharge code worth rs 1000 at 999 rs which led to my order total to Rs. 70,825 . But , today on 16th July ,2021 at morning I received my laptop..but there was no Mouse and Steam code... I mean do I need to send complaints every now and then ..I mean why am I Getting so much harassed..

 

It would be very helpful If a concerned authority replies and makes it sure that I receive my Mouse and steam code ...

Dear HP India Team, 

on 9th july 2021, I ordered HP Pavilion Gaming 15 - dk-1508tx, i5 10th gen 1650ti version, I got my laptop delivered on 16th July 2021. But to my surprise when I opened the box there was no mouse. as i had pused an Omen Vector Mouse and steam recharge code worth rs 999 . The bill is against 70 thousand rupees whereas i got the package worth 69 thousand rupees, where is my 1 thousand rupees, where is my mouse ? is this a fraud? 

I contacted HP customer care but didnt recive any updates about my mouse as if I didnt order the mouse and was merely lying.

This is my earnest request to HP India team that whoever concerned authority if he/she reads this please let me know my mouse delivery order status, and if you cannot deliver my mouse kindly refund me my one thousand rupees at the earliest. 

Even myt order portal sghows that my package has been delivered while in reality i didnt even recieve the mouse.

It would be highly appreciated is i get e reply on this issue i am facing from 16th July 2021.
