- trying to create a business account, doesnt work

Create an account on the HP Community to personalize your profile and ask a question

I am a new IT employee at a company. I have been trying to create a business account. When I did it said my account wasn't registered. I asked my boss, the IT director, to see if he had to approve or create an account for me. he looked on his account and did not see anywhere that referred to other users tied to the account. He also did not see anywhere to create users. about 24 hours later I received an email that said click here to complete your account registration. I clicked the link and it brought me to a form, however when I tried to fill it out all the drop down menus were broken so it wouldn't let me submit it since they were also required. When I tried to open the link in another browser it said the invitation code was invalid, and when I refreshed the original form page I then got the same code invalid error there as well. There does not appear to be any way to contact HP business support without lying and saying I'm having a hardware problem with something we own. I also tried leaving website feedback about this issue but got no response from that. Can someone from HP contact me about this possibly?

This is not where my co-workers have an account. they directed me to create an account from https://mycrm.support.hp.com/en-US/create-case/

Not sure what you are asking for. This Forum is comprised of mostly Volunteers sitting at home with a few HP employees scattered around to maintain composure...
Looking at the link you provided, it has another area to "Sign Up for a New User"
Perhaps that is where you need to go?
