Product: store ever 1/8 g2 tape loader
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I have facing the issue in backup server for last 2 weeks. In the BACKUP TAPE LOADER warning indicator is blinking. I'm trying reach HP support agent for last 2 weeks through **bleep** number. but It's not reaching. can anyone help me out to fix or log a case for this?!WhatsApp Image 2021-11-27 at 12.54.14.jpeg

Hi:

 

HP split into two companies in 2014.

 

HP supports PC's Printers, Tablets and Calculators.

 

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports Servers, Switches, Routers, and Tape Drives.
