Product: HP ENVY 5643 e-All-in-One Printer

I installed a brand new genuine HP 62 tri-color catridge and it failed the alignment with the new cartridge.  

I ran the cleaner option and the Cyan block is empty - no cyan ink printed at all.  I tried the second level cleaning with the same result.  The previous cartridge was printing all three colors correctly.
