Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my HP printer and hope that someone here has had similar experiences or knows a solution. When I scan documents using the HP Smart app, I rename the file in the app and then email it. However, the file name is not adopted, but the file always receives an automatically generated name.

My firmware is up to date and I use the HP Smart app on an iPhone with iOS 18.1.


Does anyone know this problem or have an idea what it could be?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem HP Drucker und hoffe, dass jemand hier ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat oder eine Lösung kennt. Wenn ich über die HP Smart App Dokumente scanne, benenne ich die Datei in der App um und versende sie anschließend per E-Mail. Allerdings wird der Dateiname nicht übernommen, sondern die Datei erhält immer einen automatisch generierten Namen.

Meine Firmware ist auf dem neuesten Stand, und ich nutze die HP Smart App auf einem iPhone mit iOS 18.1.

Kennt jemand dieses Problem oder hat eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?
