Hello, my headset  planronics 5200 series, the microphone cannot be heard

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your headset. I completely understand how important it is to have a reliable device, especially when it’s part of your daily workflow. I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this and work toward a resolution.

 

Please try the following steps:

 

  1. Update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Disable or reset the headset-wearing sensors through the same application.
  3. Ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone.
  4. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
