We replaced the headset with an EncorePro 320 USB. When interacting on a call, it doesn't recognize the microphone and only detects the laptop's microphone. The system settings have been modified, but there are no changes. Likewise, the headset doesn't appear in the audio output settings. Please let us know if any modifications or adjustments are required.
