Dear Sir

On 3rd september I had gone for on line shopping for HP printer Blank ink catridge  (865) and an amount of 

Rs 950.00 (Rupees Nine hundred and fifty ) debited from my account towards the cost against the order no 628410 .

Have received a confirmation from HP on the receipt of the money .

However the  consignment not yet delivered and lodged a complaint to  in.ced@hp.com with reminder but unfortunately no response from their end till yet. It is not expected from a reputed company like HP.

Hence request to kindly enquire the cause of delay and ensure that the material is delivered at the earliest. An early response would be highly aprriciated
