I purchased an HP slate 17 all in one from Amazon 3 weeks ago. I used it a few times, during which it worked perfectly. One time I used it until the battery died. I plugged it in to charge and since it hasn't turned on. I thought that maybe it wouldn't turn on because it was charging so I left it charge a good 12 hours. It still will not turn on. I've called HP support and have been on hold for 2 hours. With twin babies I don't have time to wait for someone to pick up the phone whenever they feel like it. I would like my tablet to work so I can use it. If an HP employee reads this get back to me because I am fed up. It is ridiculous to wait this long to get help for a broken 3 week old product.
