On 8/9/2015 I contacted tech support with a problem. He told me it would be $59.99 for him to help but if they could not solve the problem there would be no charge. He was unable to solve the problem.  I talked to a supervisor and he said the charge would be removed from my Visa in 3 to 4 days. As of today 8/13/2015 it is still on my Visa. who do I contact about this?
