Thanks for the information regarding contacting the online HP support chat. Unfortunately, that didn't work very well for me. Yesterday I spent about an hour on the support chat and the analyst told me to wait 24 hours and then try support chat again. He said the HP computer for ePrint was down for maintenance. So today I tried again and I still can't create my account regardless of whether or not I use my email address or the printer's email address. The problem still is that the "Create Account" button doesn't do anything when I press it after completing the registration form. The button acts as if it isn't even there. Anyway, I tried again to use the support chat and, so far, I've been waiting in the queue for about 30 minutes with no reply other than the standard "Your support request has been submitted and is in queue. Please wait momentarily while the system connects you with the next available support specialist.". I'm so frustrated with this because it's such false advertising for the printer box to boast about using HP ePrint. As the box says, "If you can email it, you can print it." Ah, if only it was that easy! I should have bought the Canon printer instead. Never again will I buy an HP!
