On previous calls to HP support Center (dated 7/18/11 & 7/19/11) asking for a assistance in fixing my destop computer regarding the power option & Windows Media Player Issue respectively. I talked to two different Tech. support (from India actually) regarding those issue and it takes more than 2-hours configuring or resolving issue but at the end nothing come up a solution. They said that they will call me back as soon they will find a solution for my issue. Unfortunately I never get a call back from those Tech. Support.
