What does following error mean?

 

At start up:

SMART Hard Disk Error
Hard Disk 1 (301)

 

System diagnostic  -> Hard Disk Test:

Failure ID: PGEXNW-5RR7NW-MFH14K-60A003
Product ID: QE029UA#ABA

Hard disk 1
