 I am another unsatisfied customer.  I have been trying to resolve the problem of a Lemon Laptop G72-250 US since February of 2011.  It is now January of 2012 and the problem has not been resolved.  This laptop died while under warranty .  My original problem was that I could not get on the Internet even though I could with my other computers.  There were also other problems but that was the biggest issue.  I sent it back to HP twice for repair and each time it returned it had not been repaired.  It reached a point where the laptop will not even turn on anymore.  I have had numerous case numbers and case managers assigned but other than that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!  I received an e-mail shortly before New Year's 2012 from Jeff Christopher stating that he may be able to help me.  I have not heard from him regarding an acceptable solution.  I have contacted the Hewlett-Packard Board of Directors numerous times but hey also do not seem to care.  At any rate I have warned everyone I know and even have posted several warnings on my FACEBOOK PAGE!!  It goes without saying that I will NEVER BUY HP BRANDED PRODUCTS AGAIN.  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS TO BE PART OF A LEGACY THAT NO LONGER REMAINS IN THE UNITED STATES!!   IT is not difficult to see why Americans are buying foreign brands over those made here.  HP NEEDS TO GET BACK TO BASICS AND MAKE DECENT PRODUCTS BACKED BY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IF IT DOES NOT I DO NOT SEE HOW THEY CAN SURVIVE!!
