Product Name: Hp e station e510 zeen

Apparently the battery in my zeen exploded and now I can't use the printer.  I don't know what to do but I would like to find out what the suggested fix is. This has caused the printer to be inoperable. I see that it has happened quite a lot, so this must be a hardware issue.  Please tell me HP is going to fix this.
