Hi I am really pissed off wid HP services....I bought my laptop last yr in June...BT its screen got damaged in this Feb so I filed a complaint n got it changed from HP service centre...n for this I payed Rs 8500 ..n then out of nowhere 2 small parallel lines emerged on my screen..which were increasing in size wid each passing day..so I again complained to HP service centre..initially there was problem only with screen then their engineer visited n told me that this screen will be changed in warranty only as its nt physically damaged..in next visit he brought some old screen which was not working properly so I asked him to change it...meanwhile he changed my cable wire also .n then after few days he came n changed my screen ..I was satisfied with this display ..he was repeatedly showing me both screens for comparison and then my motherboard crashed ..in next visit he came n again put my old screen n took the new one...& closed the case without any explanation...my motherboard was still not working .and my laptop display problem was also not resolved...I called them again...then they opened my case with new case id ..meanwhile my warranty period got over..BT they told me that since I complained during my warranty period so I won't have to pay for all this ... Then again a new engineer came he changed my mother board and put my old cable wire saying it was fine & said next time he will come and put some official motherboard registration code in the laptop which is needed but my display problem was still not solved..n then again they closed my case....n when I contacted the higher officials they told me that they won't change my display because its physically damaged..I just want to know why they were doing so many experiments on my laptop throughout this time...I know its nt physical damage...those lines appeared on their own...thats because they gave me some low quality display in february because of which I am facing all this problem & for which i paid also...they themselves agreed that its not physical damage n changed my screen twice n suddenly they r denying everythn...plus no one has come to put that motherboard registration code in my laptop..is this kind of services HP provide... I m really pissed off...n I won't buy any HP product ever in my life again...in fact I would suggest others too..not to buy any hp product..worst services I have experienced till now...no one is ready to help me...please help me if anyone can... Thanks ..
