Thy for the answer , unfortunately i tried the phone in my local area ... but after 1 h wait  ... with no answare ... i have the case number ... but with what use , the mail option has been disabled since i dont have any more warranty!?

Anyway ... the batery has an odd behavior , its reaching 100 % chargin rate and continues to charge ... the power led next o the power connector is blinking , still i have no error mesage . I suspect the charging module for the first pack it working but not as intended ... basicly its stuck in on or off mode , with no controle over the charging courent ...
