Product Name: Elitedesk mini 800 g2

Like some other posters I am having difficulty with determining the status of my November 4, 2015 order.

Two calls to the order support line have not yielded any concrete results; my order status is still listed as processing with an estimated ship delivery date of November 13, 2015.  Does HP typically not update its order status with new information?

Also does HP typically charge the customers credit card prior to shipment, my card was charged on November 6, 2015.

I understand this forum is not designed for these types of issues but my search showed that others have received advice from HP employees regarding similar questions.
