Product Name: Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I had  been purchasng HP printers over the years, and haven't  had any major problem till I bought this Envy 5530 printer.  I have had nothing but paper jam problems.  I lifted the cover, and removed the part that covers the printing area, and pulled out and cleared the paper jam, as in the instructions.  But, maybe perhaps due to the design of this device, it is not easy to fit the part back in to the area again.  It appears to be poorly constructed or designed because it doesn't fit snugly back into the place that covers the printing area.  After this, the paper kept jamming one after another.  I was fed up with this, so  I returned the printer to the store where I purchased it at.  Though I tried to remain loyal to an HP printer, I had to purchase another brand out of frustration due to the constant paper jamming.  Perhaps HP should look into redesigning this product so it will have very minimal paper jams.
