Hi,
I purchased a HP laptop Pavilion dm4 1160us on 1-Mar-2011. As for rebate offer, Spring time savings which is valid between Jan 1 , 2011 andJune 11, 2011, I am supposed to receive a $50 mail in rebate.

Instead my processing was denied. And mail was sent to me mentioning the reason that purchase date is not with in offer.
I could not believe a company of HP brand value could cheat customers like that . I have provided all details. And every body knows Mar 1 2011 (my purchase date) falls between Jan 1 2011 and June 11, 2011.

What to do in this case ? Can't think company like HP can do mistakes at their end.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
