Dear Hp

 

 

 I refuse to belive that a company like HP plays the 'let's just ignore him, maybe he goes away'.  One of your produts has a known issue, but still you market it as a ground breaking inovative new thing, that will ENHANCE your experience and BLOW your mind.

 

 I payed money, aka hours of my life doing a job, so i can buy this laptop. You owe me more then money, you owe me hours of my life, answer me.

 

 What do i do, i am sorry, let me rephrase this, what WE do, all that have malfunctioning HP machines?

 

 Please answer
