Product Name: HP Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I bought my HP Pavillion in October2014 and in January 2015 I started getting this error message:

 

" :smileysad: Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you (70%complete) If you'd like to know more you can search online later for this error: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (atikmdag.sys)"

 

...since January Tech support has run the same tests over and over with no solution so last Thursday they reset it and today the same problem.

 

I tried to find a solution on the internet but I don't see my specific problem for my PC. I search Hp boards and nothing.

 

Does anyone have any info at all concerning this?
