Product Name: 678 cartridges

HP india shopping site takes the order on 16th august 2015 with order id 610727 with estimated delivery date 25-aug-2015  for  print cartridges 678 combo pack..

 

The item has never reached me. They have given FedEx Courier ltd. The tracking number[Personal Information Removed].

 

Which is also fake , as no item ever shipped by that number.

 

Is HP INDIA  cheating me????
