HP Instant Ink
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all- I have been an Instaink and HP owner and customer for a very long time. I just purchased a new upgraded HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e series printer.  I had previously owned an older HP printer and have been using the Instaink program for many years. Here is my issue and frustration.  After installing the "set up" ink cartridges, I was disappointed to find out that new printers are only allowed to print (2) colored pictures before the colored ink is depleted.  After spending over 45 minutes on hold, language barriers from the customer support service center in El Salvador, I was advised it would be 5-7 business days until I could get replacement ink.  Requested to speak to a supervisor who then told me it would be 2-3 business days. As of today, still no ink. Decided to open a "chat" and was told the same thing.  Asked to escalate the case, was told 7-10 business days for a response and no one else was available to assist.  Received an email that the case was "closed."  Requested to find out IF I could be reimbursed IF I purchased ink in the meantime, since I needed to print items. Advised to contact them and "they will see" after I purchase the ink.  Bought and replaced the ink and now am receiving many emails stating HP is unable to "track" since it's not their own ink cartridges and to contact them.  Logged on and chat is not available at this time. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this whole situation.  How has HP customer service become so sub par that it is so difficult for someone to help???  Please, please if someone has contact with corporate to help, I would appreciate it.  Thank you!
