Apologies in advance if this is under the wrong section.

I've had many problems with my hard drives on my laptop. Over the last year and a half I've had 3 hard drive replacements due to random failures. Now the first i thought was just a normal problem, and it was covered under the warranty. Second, maybe a coincidence, also covered. Third, rather annoyed, but still under warrenty. Now it's happened again, and I am furious.

My last hard drive replacement was in March of this year (2015), and they told me that hard drives tend to fail due to hard bangs to the laptop, as in abuse to it or dropping it.

I use my laptop strictly for gaming only, and my hard drive barely gets used up with i download games, so it wouldnt be overload failures.

I kept my laptop on my bed since March, never gave it any hard knocks, never moved it off of my bed once. I even locked my door to my room when I went somewhere outside the house.

Now it's failed once again, and not under manufacture warranty and I'm told that I have to pay roughly $616 to get it repaired.

EXCUSE ME?! Why do I have to pay for something that SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?

If I personally smashed around my laptop and ruined it, no big deal i would pay it, But I never damaged it and it fails by itself somehow, yet again. Now I have to PAY FOR IT?

I can't seem to find a number to rant to someone in the business about this, so I'm hoping someone could provide one.

This is udderly ridiculous and extremely unacceptable. If I'm going to waste $600 on new hard drive that will most likely fail again, I might as well get a new computer.

Like I said, could someone please provide me a number to get this taken care of?

Greatly appreciated.
