HI,
Respected sir, I am purchase your one laptop DM-4 1009TU NB on 17-02-2011. Than after i am sanding one xerox copy of biil with sticker to your compony for clain my free gift on 10-03-2011. But till now i am not getting any reply from your side. So many time i am calling your customer care also but they are telling that your gift is rejected. I am no sir that without any proper reason why they are reject my gift. Without this gift i am facing so much problem to popper this system. This is my first experience with HP and it is not good. That time i am sanding sticker also and if now you people again asking sticker than how i can provide you sticker.
So it is heartily request to you that kindly sand my free gift as early as possible.
