I bought Hp deskjet 1050 at an official retailer.

In this july 2012 catalogue there was an assured gift redemption of Gym Bag on Registration.
i registered but there wasn't any sort of eveidence that Gift Would be Sent To Me where as Retailer told i would get at home The Gift??
Plz. Help
