Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Good day,please when I remove the charger from my laptop it starts to work very slowly,but when I put the charger it works normally.a friend asked me to format the laptop which I did but still no luck,I have also changed the os,adjusted created and changed battery plans but all to no avail.please I need assistance urgently,thank you.
