HP Compaq 6000 Pro - Mobo Always Failing

We have provided 10 HP Compaq 6000 Pro (AX353AW)  systems to a certain customer which were given on DEC 2010.

The customer immediately deploy this machines for use.

Now and also for two weeks back, the customer is now facing motherbaord issues; 3 dead motherboard and 1 motherboard having lan issue which lan cannot be detected.

The PSU are all fine. There are no expanded capacitors on the board. Customer's power voltage is steady at 120V and 220V.

Aside from the Mobo, all parts of the system are working fine.

We gave it all to local HP service providers for warranty claim.

But we need to find out exactly what is causing these boards to fail to prevent it happening to the other systems.

Hoping some answers and inputs from you guys.

Thanks

Buddy
