I'd like to inform you that, after you brought my issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP, i gave all the information about me and the printer that asked me.

Finally the local technical support called me and as official answer told me that in the specific model of printer the lcd display has not light,
in opposite of you that you answered me on 04-21-2015 07:26 AM post

"I checked with one of my co-workers who has the Laserjet M127fn and the printer does have a dim back light.
If you press a button on the printer, you should be able to see the printer display light up. Like the printer is waking up."

I also read the same answer for the same issue for the specific model in other posts.

The summary is that,

or the local technical support is irresponsible and answered me
like this in order to avoid me,

or your answer is wrong not only for me but for all they have the same problem.

The conclusion is that there is nothing new for me and i am disappointed from the hp service.
It would be better for me to accept the same whatever answer, but not two different answers.

Thank you
Forgive me for the grammar and syntax
