Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HELLO

I have a problem with my laptop (hp pavilion 17- eo21 sq, i7-3632QM, 2,20Ghz),

a few times a day, just for a second long, a blue screen appears and feels like something is restarting. It happens all the time, even when the computer is running an application/program  or not running anything (just Windows). I tried looking for a problem using "What crashed?" but didn't had a clue. For now this is all i can say about it. The blue screen has no writing on it.
