I recently just spent about $200 on a later jet pro printer, unsure of the kind of printer that it is as the instructions told me P1100 and the box says P1102w. I could not get my printer to set up and I called technical support. I could not even hear the man that I was talking to as there was so much background noise. After talking to him he got his manager and the manager told me it would cost $99 for a one time fix for my computer and my printer, I said no thank you and he started being rude and I said that I would have to figure it out and the MANAGER says "are you a technical support manager" I said no and he said "I have been a techinal support manager for 12 years you won't be able to fix it you are just a simple lady". I am disgusted and I will never buy anything from HP ever again and I urge everyone else to do the same.
