I can't get my laptop to boot. Cps lock flashing code #1. And f12 is orange! I have done everything to fix this. Just came home from afghanistan and wounded so I need my computer bad,!!!! It is a presario CQ62 and I did love this thing.<br><br>As much as I hate to. Say it, after this happening and me home half crippled and four children,I have no way to fix it. But I do have a solution.<br><br>I have been buy HP since 1992 and wouldn't even look at something else, but after this hapening and no means of fixinf it I have decided to buy a del!!! I am hereby officially done with HP and this craziness! You don't care about your customer and I have baught 27 hps and fm this day forward I won't ever buy onee again!!! Jon.
