i bought my hp intel Atom windows 7 from a hp dealer a mounth later it starting making some cracking noise i returned it to the dealer and the dealer took me to an hp assigne technical department called REDINTON.

The technical department hard my laptop for a month and 2 weeks. The first day of the 3 week i was called upon that the problem of my laptop was hard disck and if i would want them to replace the harddisk of which i agreed with them. The next day i went to pick up my laptop as instructed. when i got home i inserted the REVERY DISK from the laptop and the respond is "this system recovery media does not support this computer. you are not able to restore this system with the media."

How do i reconcile this issue where my company has been down without computer fior the pas 6 working weeks

Joseph

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
