Oh my GOD...I used to have a printer from HP and thought that was a huge problem when trying to get support. The Indian people that answer the calls are rude and have no knowledge of the product. I have been sitting here for 4 hours trying to set up a new computer that should be relativly simple to set up. I have spoken to the three times and the second person hung up the telephone on me. IT IS A SIN AND A SHAME THAT HP HAS DECIDED TO MOVE THEIR PRODUCT SUPPORT TO INDIA...I AM GOING BACK TO THE STORE IN THE MORNING AND RETURNING THIS PRODUCT AND GOING WITH DELL....DO NOT PURCHASE HP...GO WITH DELL...THEY MAY COST MORE BUT THE PRODUCT HAS SUPPORT BEHIND IT...I'M SO PISSED OFF...I CAN'T BELIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM HP....DO NOT GO FOR PRICE GO FOR QUALITY AND DELL IS THE BRAND...I FEEL SO STUPID BECAUSE I MADE A VOW TO MYSELF AFTER DELAING WITH SIMPLE PRINTER PROBLEMS NOT TO DEAL WITH HP, BUT I FOUND ONE ON SALE THAT I THOUGHT WOULD WORK AND IT DIDN'T...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STICK TO AMERICAN SUPPORT PEOPLE THAT KNOW THE PRODUCT AND NOT READING A SCRIPT....I WILL NEVER PURCHASE HP AGAIN IN MY LIFE...IF I DO...STRIKE ME DEAD...THAT IS HOW HORRIBLE THEIR PRODUCTS AND ESPECIALLY THERE SERVICE IS TO ME.

11/26/12 - Silvia will not be reaching out to customer.  

The customer is venting, is returning the unit, The TS complaint is not one we are able to resolve.   Thanks.  sv
