one thing i can't stand in life is a whiner, so here i go. i can understand your frustration, this is my story about hp and how they "care" about their customers, i'll be as brief as i can. i'm 67 yrs old, my doctors at dartmouth are amazed that i'm still alive. i was diognosed with pancriatic cancer may 28, 2008, on june 6 they performed last resort surgury on me called a "whipple" that few survive initself. i've been through hell with this alone with all kinds of digestion problems i'm fed through what they call a " j " tube into my intestine with a bag and a pump. my body weight has gone from 200 to 118 lbs. if that isn't enough, late last year, back at dartmouth in lebenon nh they found i have another tumor on my liver, but this time i was sent home on morphine and dilaudid to control the pain, it's all they can do for me. right now i'm bed bound, on hospice, nurses etc. i've lost everything i worked all my life for, and survive on $ 775.00 a month, since i can no longer sit at my old desktop, i saved an sold and got myself a laptop from, of course the best, hp....the only entertainment other than a small tv i have in bed 24/7 and wouldn't you know it, it's "JUNK",,,,,,3 WEEKS ON THE PHONE WITH SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE,,WOW !!!if you can find one that speaks english is a feat in itself, replace it,,NO,,it's over 14 days, thanks hp!! this has taken me 3 hours, screwit, i'm done.{Personal Information Removed}
