Sir,
     This is to inform you that I,NITESH AGARWAL,one of your customer,bought hp-pavillion dv6 notebook model-6165tx(SERIAL NO. 5CH1321S99) on 25th of October 2011 from CROMA Electronics(EVA Mall in Brigade Road in BANGALORE) and by then I used the notebook and it use to work normally but in around DEC 2011 I faced problems like interminent shutting down problem after running any application,hanging issue also infact the windows task manager also doesnt respond but it was occasional so I ignored and I didn't go to any of your service centres also because of my externals exam which was held in DEC-end and JAN-starting but in JAN-end I faced the problem quite often so in around FEB-mid I visited one of your authorized service centre named MAHA ELECTRONICS Pvt. Ltd.,No. 28-8-2,1st Floor,15th Cross,3rd Block,JAYANAGAR,BANGALORE-560011, where they said to take the back-up of important datas and then visit them again and I did the same. On 7th Of MARCH 2012 I visited them again and they took my laptop under observation and registered my complaint then they gave me a call saying that the issue is solved and there is no further problem and I collected my laptop on 13th Of MARCH 2012 but again I found the SAME ISSUE.There was no improvement in the case and so I visited them again on 20th Of MARCH 2012 to register the same issue and again they did the same and called me after saying that they changed the mother board of the system and so I collected it on 29th Of March 2012 but yet I found the SAME ISSUE with my laptop and then again with no further option in my hand had to again to that IDIOTIC SERVICE CENTRE of yours on 2nd of April 2012 where they promised me to give my laptop within 2-3 days in proper working condition but yet they didn't inform regarding the issue within the specified time and they called me on 9th Of APRIL2012 which is a week later saying that they have changed the processor but yet I found the SAME ISSUE.Now this is the limit,its more then a month now and the service centre provided by you cannot solve the SAME ISSUE inspite of giving it for 3 TIMES and I being an Engg. student have so much of work to do with the laptop but couldn't do all because of your DISGUSTING SERVICE and I'm facing the problem til now.This type of DISGUSTING SERVICE provided is UNTOLLERABLE now. Do you have any idea about how my academic performance is steeply decreasing all because of your company's fault??? I cant even think 1 day without a laptop being away from my native place as I live alone and there I have spent more then a month without it!! Now, all because of your fault now I claim for a replacement of my laptop without any further delay from your side or else there will be no delay from my side to go and CLAIM A CASE against you in the CONSUMER COURT where I'l also lodge a case for simply harassing and making a fool out of a genuine customer. Dont take all this as a warning because this is what I'm actually going to do if I dont see any action from your side then surely some action will be there from my side.
     Therefore, I request you to kindly see upon the problem and consider my earnest request and do the replacement as soon as possible. Below are the case nos. lodged in the particular service centre. I hope a quick action will be taken against that particular service centre of yours also.
