I did an onine chat with technical support that night. After 30 minutes with one technician, he transferred me to someone that deals with eprint issues. I sat in that queue for over ONE HOUR with NO ONE responding This is TERRIBLE service!!!
The next day my "chat" was still active and still no response. I had to cancel that chat and start a new one. I FINALLY got help from someone else and I finally had to reset a snapfish password that I was not aware that I ever had created.
I have air print and eprint working (as far aas I know, eprint is working, I have not had to use it yet). But all of the time spent was extremely frustrating!! I have never had such bad service from HP as I did that first night.
