Product Name: HP m6 n010dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a lot of problems with the TouchPad. Often it gets out only, and can not handle. When I upgraded to Windows 10, disappeared the cursor and the mouse stopped working. I made several complaints by phone and chat to HP through HP Support Assistance. They could not solve it. I bought the notebook in the US, but I'm living in Argentina. However, before the expiration of the guarantee/warranty, I will travel to the United States. I wanted to know how the process of HP's warranty, where I have to go, etc. I'll be in New York (10019). Please help. I do not know what to do. HP tecnics said it was a hardware problem. The laptop is in perfectly condition. THANKS!

I work on behalf of HP
