Hello Sir

i got netbook hp mini 210 1190 nr from usa Serial No CNF02407LR and Product No WQ584UA#ABA and it has got some  spots in THE SCREEN. i contacted customer care USA and i was told LCD will be replaced since my product was under warranty. i was in a hurry to come back to india and it was confirmed from usa customer care that my product is covered under warranty in INDIA so the LCD will be changed in INDIA. when i spoke tocustomer care india they asked me to take the netbook to the service centre. i submit the netbook in intarvo sevice centre in Ghaziabad UP india and now the service centre says that they cannot replace the LCD. i am tired talking to HP people on line, on phones and there is no reponse. i am feeling embarrased putiing on request to everyone that is USA customer care and INdia customer care. My warranty is expiring with in a week. i dont know what to do. if this is the way a customer is treated this is really embarrasing. I HAVE ATLEAST SPOKEN TO BOTH CUSTOMER CARE 10-15 TIMES. my complaints can be seen in my records e.g ID12498383.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for Hewlett-Packard.
