Product Name: Spectre 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had the same problem. I was in NY in August and I bought it in Amazon.com on August 13th a HP SPECTRE 360 (i7) Refurbished! The system shuts down because the temperature. I can't beleive!

It's SO HOT that I can FRY an egg in this laptop. Also in the screen has a "dead pixel".

I'm from Brazil and I tryed to verify my warranty to return it. Brazilian HP RAN AWAY and said it's my problem and they will not honor the warranty. They said it's not a international warranty (as ACER, GATEWAY and other brands), and I should contact HP from USA. Shame on you HP! (a reagional brand, lol).

I was on HP website and they said my warranty is expired (30 days), but in AMAZON WEBSITE SAYS that a Refurbished laptop from HP has 90 DAYS WARRANTY!

An ADVICE: Next time buy an ACER. I have 3 ACER ULTRABOOKS! They have INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY and I never had Overheating problems with them!

Wainting for a solution...
