i visited 7th times in s.cen. with problems within 10 month in guaranty period .what should i do?

Dear sir,
            My self saurabh kumar and i purchased a hp leptop model no - ( hp pavilion dv6 - 6121tx )  i7 processor with serial no   [removed for privacy] and product no - QB367PA  and challan no of your shop - 6521 with rupees 56000 /- only on 26/07/2011 from your shop millano dhanbad.
           starting first week  when i had brought laptop i m suffering a lot of problem like hanging of the system ,blue dum,curser problem,window media player hanging and late shut down window explorer not responding  and too many dead locks  .
    after these problems  i think that my  system is  defective or  I am feeling so foolish for trusting hp Service and putting my faith in them and their products.
         so now from that time i have reached six times to service centre. i lost two slip but  detail of remaining four slips of service centre are mentioned below.
Details of service centre -
3rd time - 
  [Ozone centre,4th floor,ashok nagar,bank more,dhanbad and service  token no.- 1790 (contact no. = +91-326-3207706/707) ]
  
4th time- 
   [madhok complex ,2nd floor,ferozepur,ludhiyana and case/token no. - 15228  (contact no. -  911613224391 or +91-161-3224401)  ]
 5th time- 
   [madhok complex,ludhiyana and case/token no. - 15298 (contact no. - 911613224391.supriya manager of service centre  )]
 6th time - recently ( 12-04-2012)
  [ sco 94,95 ,first floor,sector 34-a,chandigarh and tokenno. - 8043 ( contact no.- +91-172-3261681/82 ) ]
  and this time  my window has been changed  with new one  but my problem is remain same.
  7th time  
   [ hp patiyala - saying your  hard disc is defective  and will be changed .
 
 let see what will be result after this time .....
 i also sending you the pictures of  all service call report
so i therefore request you to kindely consider my problem  because from 10   months since i brought laptop  haven't found any solution  of my problem at yet .   i have a great faith on you and i hope  you and  your member  will solve out my problem or replace my leptop with new one as it is within in the warranty period 
  so please kindely take my case otherwise i will go with legal action .
