Greetings.

 

I just purchased my laptop from BJs (Model T0W20UA#ABA).  It is marketed as having :

  • 15.6" diagonal Full HD IPS WLED-backlit touchscreen display at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

both on the BJs website and the HP support site

In checking into the monitor attached using HWiNFO, I find it is a cheap TN panel (Chi Mei CMN-15B9).

 

Has anyone run into this issue of bait and switch and suggestions of what I should do about this?
