Product Name: Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Alright now, HP, I bought a brand new HP Spectre Laptop with Windows 10 from Best Buy approximately two weeks ago.  I loved this machine at first, but one morning I opened it and literally watched hairline screen cracks form and extend.  It was up there with one of the weirdest things I've ever seen--for a second I thought I was seeing things.

But the hairline cracks are indeed real, and I did not cause them.  I did not drop, apply pressure or step on this expensive machine.  The more I look around the internet the more I see that I am not the only person this has happened to with this newest model.

So what's the deal, HP?  This is a 4k display touch screen.  No one just purchased this machine has a spare $600 laying around to replace a screen like that which they aren't responsible for damaging in the first place.

Has HP had its fair share of complaints on this model's screen yet?  Personally, if HP agrees to repair it, I'm still going to trade it for another HP model because I do believe in this case HP has released a majorly defective product.  One man I talked to who managed to have HP repair the screen went only a week before the spider hair cracks returned.  I don't want that.

Sorry HP, I love your products, but I believe you have a problem on your hands with this model's screen.

Give me some advice, HP.
