I've got a scanjet 7000n that I've taken to 2 or 3 authorized HP service centers and they all say that there is no parts avialable for this machine.  Its a $3500 scanner and it appears to have a document feed sensor that needs repair...hardly a reason to toss this otherwise perfect machine.


There must be somewhere to send the enterprise class machines to get repaired???
