How do you update the firmware on a 7200 headset?

I think there is NO USB port on it. Is that correct?

Where is the USB port to connect it to a computer?

I understand you're looking to update the firmware on your Savi 7200 headset. This model is specifically designed to connect to a desk phone and does not support PC connectivity, so firmware updates through a computer aren't available.
