1. Jabber calls
2. virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, webinars, etc.), and
3. to listen to media without disturbing coworkers.

Our IT folks were able to get it working with Jabber, but on a number of calls, I intentionally or accidentally hit the wrong button and had a hard time reconnecting audio. So, I would like a ...

1. manual to use the Poly W8200B
2. manual (or whatever sort of user's guide there is) for the APU-76

Also, while the set-up seems to work well with Jabber calls, I am unable to hear through the audiophones on tutorials and other videos or audio presentations.

Is there a way to get assistance configuring the device so that it works smoothly with these different media?

Hi,

Please set the Configuration switch to A, speaking volume to 3, and the listening volume to 2.
