Hello, I have a headset C054. After 20 minutes of use, the volume starts to decrease, and I have to press the speaker button on my Cisco phone and then switch back to the headset to make it work again. However, this issue keeps happening repeatedly. I have already replaced the battery, but it did not resolve the issue. Any idea?

Could you please tell me know which desk phone and EHS cable are you using with the headset?

Hi! 
Please try using the APC-43 EHS cable and set the dials as mentioned below.
 Configuration switch: A

  • Speaking Volume: 2
  • Listening Volume: 2
